35 Weeks Down...

This past Friday was the 35 week mark for my pregnancy-what the what!?!  I cannot believe it's almost time for us to have a baby! It's crazy how quickly the first 2 trimesters flew by and it feels as if these last few weeks have moved at a snail's pace.  I'm getting bigger every day and with that comes more discomforts.  A simple cold turns into an urgent care visit resulting in the need for an inhaler.  A cough to clear my throat causes a sharp pain that feels like a broken rib forcing me to stay home from work.  It's wild how much your body succumbs to this little being living inside of you.  But with each of those aches and pains comes the coolest feeling: when the baby kicks or stretches out and you can see the shifting and poking-best. thing. ever.  Here are a few progression pictures from over the last few weeks.

35 weeks!

We celebrated our 2-year anniversary a couple weeks ago with a date day in the city.  We spent the morning at Gasworks Park...such a beautiful view of the city.

We drove into Fremont for lunch at Uneeda Burger then walked to Molly Moons for some ice cream.  After that, we were able to find The Grand Budapest Hotel still showing in small movie theater in the University District.  Pretty low-key day but something I'm sure we'll look forward to once Baby C gets here : )
