Yet my Dinner Club group was a group put together during my first active year and a group we continued to keep the next 2 years. That speaks to the great connection we made and the fun we had when we were together!
From baking an apple pie from scratch to buying ingredients we've never heard of to late nights of one too many drinks, the last 3 years of Dinner Club has been a blast! For our last dinner we started mushroom gallettes and baked brie appetizers with a French Martini cocktail that Cali made.
Elise made a delicious salad and served our main dish of Coq au Vin- and yes, it tasted as good as fancy as it sounds!
Hannah brought delicious sugar snap peas and yummy potatoes, Mt. Rainier Chantilly Mashers from the Celebrate the Rain cookbook from the Junior League of Seattle-very fitting for our upcoming move!
Jaymi wrapped up our meal with white chocolate bread pudding-to die for!
These are some girls I've chosen to continue a friendship with due to the blast we have when we're together, even though it may take a few months to plan a get-together! I'll miss them terribly and hope we can make a dinner club happen out in Seattle : )
