Oh, Christmas Tree!

    We went for our third annual tree cutting a couple weeks ago to get our Christmas tree for this year.  Normally we go to a place in Excelsior Springs, MO but we had a work schedule/travel conflict and had to go during the week and they weren't open.  BUT Ben found a great place in Pleasant Hill, MO called Pumpkins and Pines.  It was awesome! 

   The property was HUGE! There were a couple Golden Retrievers who showed us around and walked with us until we found our tree. We were the only people there since it was during the week so it was kind of cool to have the whole place to ourselves. 

   There were soooo many trees to choose from.  The drive was a little long and the trees cost a little more than we were used to (~$40) but it was totally worth it.  Almost every tree we saw was worth cutting down.  We finally decided on one and went to work.

     Ben carried it back, the owner shook it out for us and we were set for the year!
